StarLink acquired a large majority of the Spivey Utility Construction Company workforce and assets. Only ownership and executive management have changed. We are focused on building on existing relationships and creating strong new relationships. As new ownership and management, we are committed to providing an excellent product to all customers and partners moving forward. Providing quality work and customer service that exceeds expectations is our number one priority and will define our company culture. Attended Liberty University with a study in Theology. He served in the United States Army and is currently the President of StarLink Construction Utilities, LLC. He is an executive with 30 years of business and management experience. Tony has 24 years of experience with Dominion Virginia Power. He began as a trainee and worked his way to a Manager position before taking an early retirement. Tony founded, built, and led StarTek WorkForce Solutions to be the largest 1099 Cable Contracting company in the United States.
Attended Virginia Tech University and Liberty University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. Christian has experience in both underground construction and installations. Christian was the Director of Marketing for StarTek Workforce Solutions, LLC from 2014-2016 where he helped to increase productivity 100% each year by optimizing marketing strategies with the implementation of new software. He currently serves in the capacity of Vice President for StarLink and oversees all company operations.
Terence is currently the Director of Finance for Starlink Construction. He has extensive experience as a CPA and has been the CFO and Owner of many companies. Terence has consulted and helped guide TWT Construction whose clients include Bonefish Grill, Starbucks Coffee, Tijuana Flats, Carrabbas, Outback Steakhouse, Harry’s Seafood, Wing house, as well as others. Within the last few years, he has created CEZI Financial and Consulting Services. He focuses on acquisitions and transactions.
Director of Operations
Director of Training & Safety
Chris is the Director of Operations here at Starlink. He majored in Networking Engineering & Data Communications and also served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He worked for StarTek Workforce Solutions for 9 years as the Director of Operations and has an extensive background in the cable industry.
Currently working as the Director of Safety & Training for Starlink Construction. Jeff came to Starlink with 39 years of experience with east coast energy company. He is trained and qualified in electric transmission, overhead, underground and network electric systems. Jeff has 15 years of experience in Lineman and Lead Lineman, certified 40 & 15 KV gloving, 5 years 1st line supervisor over union crews, qualified 40 & 15 KV supervision. He was responsible for overseeing 1st line supervisors, contractors and office staff for 14 years as District Manager, and 5 years Superintendent over Transmission work assisting in 500 KV network rebuild, 230 KV & 130 KV.
Director of QA/QC
John DuBois is the Director of QA/QC at StarLink Construction and holds the electrical and underground utility construction licenses for the company. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from American Public University and brings over 35 years’ experience in the maintenance and construction industries. He is co-founder of KableLink Communications, a strategic partner in the Tampa Bay area and is a veteran of the USAF.
Director of Directional Boring
Director of Administration
David is currently overseeing all the directional boring projects for Starlink. He currently has 24 years in the construction utility industry. He was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and is a proud father. His hobbies outside of work are cars and atvs.
Evan is currently the Administrative Director for Starlink Construction, where efficiency is his top priority. With extensive technical knowledge & experience, Evan utilizes his skillset to streamline internal operations. Outside of work, Evan enjoys weightlifting and spending time with his family.
Payroll and Compliance Administrator
John is currently a project manager at Starlink. He graduated from Saint Leo University in North Tampa. He has 18 years of experience in the cable industry working for Kablelink Communications all over the U.S. His hobbies include cooking, fishing, and relaxing on the boat.
Sheila runs the Payroll and Compliance Administration here at Starlink. She formally was the quality control manager for GTE/Verizion. Sheila was the manager over Installation & Repair, central office & transmission equipment along with highway engineering & construction. Most recently the director of central office equipment installation for Verizon.
