Directional Driller Operator

Job Duties

Understand and maintain blueprints, designs client instructions to develop construction plans for your team.
Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes.
Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
Maintaining accurate paperwork and job site folders.
Other duties as requested.

Job Type: Full Time - Must be flexible to meet overtime requirements.

Laborer Position

Participate in daily safety practices
Prepare and care of equipment and vehicles. Examples: PPE reminders, vehicle fluids, tire safety, tool inspections.
Review and understand daily work plan, goals and requirements by active participation in pre-task and post-task team meetings, including reviews of safe work practices, work orders, job prints and job notes.

Job Duties

Complete assigned physical labor tasks involving manual work and operation of hand and power tools, moving materials, with good housekeeping to all job sites, vehicles and equipment.
Assist equipment operators and/or the foreman with loading, unloading or positioning equipment, shoring or bracing, placing underground utilities, or placing or removing asphalt or concrete.
Lifting, carrying and holding materials, supplies, tools and equipment.
Hand digging and assisting with excavation, filling, backfilling and cleaning and preparing sites, including clean-up and debris removal.
Engage in outside work.

Applicant must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a mandatory drug screening.

Candidates with CDL class A will be preferred.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

StarLink Construction is looking for experienced, self motivated and efficient CDL Drivers in and around the Tampa area. Construction experience is preferred!

This is not an OTR job. You can come home to your family every night

Duties:

Drive and operate trucks.
Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
Pre-inspect trucks and operate forklift and backhoe.
Pick up materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
Load and unload.
Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
Complete and check paperwork for accuracy
